Originally from the North Island, Jono moved to Te Anau 15 years ago and has never looked back! He is a very experienced guide, having taken 500+ tours in his time, most of them with his eyes to the mountains and a camera on his hip - patiently waiting to capture the perfect moment.

Jono has an interest in photography, perfect for our guests looking for more than just a selfie photo. With a passion for the outdoors, you will also find Jono sharing nature with his two young children on days off.
