Toby

Toby is a co-founder of Luxe Tours, alongside wife Katelyn. Managing the operations of Luxe Tours by day, dad of daughter Oakley by night.

Even with several hundred tours to Milford Sound under his belt, you will still find Toby exploring the Milford & Fiordland area in his downtime! With a love for boating, every corner of lakes in the area has been explored.

Katelyn

Co-founder Katelyn is the glue that holds Luxe together 24/7, looking after our guests, managing bookings, reminding Toby what needs to be done and making sure everything runs seamlessly from pick up to drop off. 

​

Katelyn is an avid explorer, hiker and multi-day adventure racer in the mountains around Te Anau, Queenstown & Milford Sound. Luxe is a good excuse to live in her "happy place"!

Murray

Murray leads our Luxe Tours guiding team and has guided thousands of guests into Milford Sound over 400+ tours with Luxe Tours. He treats every new day tour as a new adventure, full of passion & enthusiasm.

Murray loves his fishing and will often take his guests to a few of his secret spots on the way to Milford, flanked by beautiful waterfalls or mountain peaks.

Nicky

Prepare to fall in love with Nicky's passion, stories and smile! An ambulance paramedic of 20+ years, Nicky has now guided 100+ tours to Milford Sound with all 5-star guest reviews. 

​

Outside of Luxe Tours you will find Nicky advancing her studies in Counselling, travelling with family & enjoying her lovely grandchildren.

Tommy

Tommy is a very experienced Milford Sound guide with 400+ tours from Queenstown. Guests can't get enough of Tommy's gold standard customer service, love for Fiordland and guest photography skills. 

​

On his days off, you will often find Tommy parked beside a river in the backcountry, competing with Murray to catch the bigger fish, or climbing some new mountain, always with a smile!

Adrian

Adrian is a gun at the wheel with a committed focus on safe driving, enjoyable & interesting commentary and a love for nature. 

​

Adrian is family orientated which should go someway to describing his personality - he looks after his guests the same way and has received dozens of 5-star guest reviews. Keep an eye out for him strolling the many walking tracks of the Queenstown area.

Ian

Ian has a passion for the outdoors and comes with a steady calmness in the dynamic environment of Milford Sound & Fiordland. It might be his extensive background as a helicopter rescue winch-man. 

​

Outside of Luxe Tours, you will find Ian heading into the mountains to look for deer, or preparing his land for his impending & exciting new home build!

Jono

Jono has taken 500+ tours in his time, most of them with his eyes to the mountains and a camera on his hip - patiently waiting to capture the perfect moment. 

​

Jono has an interest in photography, perfect for our guests looking for more than just a selfie photo. With a passion for the outdoors, you will also find Jono sharing nature with his two young children on days off.

Demi

Prepare yourselves if Demi is on a tour for the 50 greatest hits of Taylor Swift. Besides that, Demi is our amazing Marketing Manager,  filming and producing our informational videos, managing social media and keeping our owners up with the times on Tik Tok!

Apart from Luxe, you will find Demi exploring her new home of Queenstown which she has fallen in love with since leaving the UK.

Alice

Alice has been with Luxe since the start, producing over 120 amazing articles full of information and helpful tips for our guests & readers. Alice has a deep thirst for comprehensive research, built from her Masters Degree in Applied Science.

Alice comes from a family with deep history in the Fiordland area, her parents involved in wildlife programmes and it is clear to see this has rubbed off on her with a love for nature.
